Shipping
- To legal US states only
- Shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- I will hold an order if you need me to ship out on a later date
- All axolotls are fasted 48 hrs before shipping to reduce the amount of waste (poop) produced.
- All boxes are insulated and cold packs are used during warmer seasons.
- USPS is currently used and you have the choice of 2-day priority or overnight express shipping.
- I do NOT ship during summer months due to the extreme heat in Vegas ( Shipping is from Oct-May) .
Live Arrival Policy
If your axolotl shows up DOA during a normal shipping window (if USPS didn’t lose the package) there is a 100% refund on the price of your purchase or a replacement can be sent. Shipping is non-refundable. A photo of the deceased axolotl in it’s original bag must be sent to me within an hour of the delivery time for refund or replacement.
Local Delivery
Delivery is available to locals in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. Delivery is Tuesday-Thursday starting at 10AM. After your order you will be sent an email with the delivery confirmation, if there is an issue with the date and/or time of delivery please email us back and we will reschedule the delivery. All delivery orders must be signed for. If there are two failed delivery attempts the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the delivery charge (delivery charge is non-refundable).
